Project Brief:
Project’s site area 1,038,595 sq.m. (approx. 103 hectare). It consists of 580 Villas, 16 Apartment Buildings and 6 Recreation Centers in addition to open landscaped areas and playgrounds. Green Community - West is phase 2 of Green Community Project, as phase 1 was handed over to clients and it is already occupied.
Construction works of Green Community - West started on 11th June 2005 and planned to be completed on December 2007.
